Fencers would normally be expected to provide their own equipment but we do have a small amount of club kit that may be available for loan. Please supply the following information about yourself to help us in providing suitable equipment (delete where applicable) :

Curent BFA regulations require fencers fencing anything other than "steam" foil to wear full fencing kit comprising of Mask to 1600n standard, Jacket and breeches to 350n and underplastron to 800n. Fencers will not be allowed to fence if their equipment does not meet these standards.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Temporary membership of CdA will be conferred on those enrolled on any course organised by or on its behalf.
  2. Neither CdA, its coaches, instructors nor members shall, in any circumstances whatsoever, be under any liability to the applicant for any loss, damage or injury (including death), whether accidental or otherwise, arising during, or resulting from participation in fencing activities within the Club premises or on the Club's behalf.
  3. If you are unable to attend the course in which you are enrolled then, provided notifcation is recieved at the above address 7 clear days before the date of the first session, we will make a full refund of any fees paid. NO refunds will be made once the course has started.
